Dr. Lori Tima is a board-certified orthodontist and co-founder of Sugar Mill Orthodontics. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while creating a positive and welcoming experience for every family who visits the practice.
Dr. Tima earned her undergraduate degree in Zoology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming before receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. She later completed her orthodontic residency and earned a Master's degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
At Sugar Mill Orthodontics, Dr. Tima works closely with each patient to develop a customized treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. She believes orthodontic treatment can do more than straighten teeth. It can improve confidence, oral health, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Tima is proud to serve patients throughout Longmont and neighboring communities, including Firestone, Frederick, Mead, and Erie. Whether she is providing early orthodontic evaluations, braces, or Invisalign treatment, her goal is to help every patient achieve a smile they love.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Tima enjoys spending time with her family, playing the violin, painting, and exploring new creative pursuits. Her dedication to patient-centered care and lifelong learning helps make Sugar Mill Orthodontics a trusted choice for orthodontic treatment in Longmont.
